Alterman Residential, LLC is  boutique residential real estate investment and development company located in Atlanta, GA.  Our focus is to find strategically located value add properties for either development and re-sale, or remodel and rent for the long term return.  

Michael Alterman is the founder and President of Alterman Residential, LLC.  Early on in his career, Michael saw the value of investing in single family and multifamily residences.  Alterman Residential, LLC is the investment and development vehicle of all residential real estate assets.
